If an un-deployed roll of stretch film, vacuum pouch batch, or premium storage bag accessory arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered technical model dimensions, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, unrolled, free of kitchen grease or food particulate exposure, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory core plugs and engineering tamper seals entirely untampered.

3.2 Bio-Sanitary Logistics & Food-Contact Safety Exclusions

To maintain absolute sanitary security, biological cleanliness, and strict chemical purity across our food-contact preservation network, any storage bag roll, silicone wrapper, or vacuum pouch batch that has been opened from its factory-sealed sleeve, introduced to a kitchen environment, or exposed to raw ingredients cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom-slit film widths or high-volume custom-printed enterprise fleet configurations are strictly excluded from standard returns.

3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment

Once your preservation hardware or film cargo is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic inspection, micro-gauge thickness verification, and tensile integrity audit to confirm its original sanitary soundness. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Culinarywrap.
